William Penn

"Right is right, even if everyone is against it; and wrong is wrong, even if everyone is for it."
-William Penn

This quote means that right is the right thing to do even though everyone doesn't agree. This quote also means that wrong is wrong even though everyone agrees. an example of this quote is at school if everyone doesn't wear the school uniform that doesn't mean you have to do the same. and if everyone thinks that you shouldn't wear the uniform you shouldn't listen to them. another example of this quote is if everyone in the class doesn't do the homework that doesn't mean you don't have to do either. and if everyone think you shouldn't do the homework you shouldn't listen to them. I think William Penn's words are very important because it remembers you not to go with the crowd.
